Al Mubdie Scooters want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product (e-scooters or e-bikes ), our Return and Refund Policy outlines how you can return an item, request a refund, or exchange it. Please review the following guidelines:

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of the Product: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documents. Products that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of misuse may be subject to a restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or order confirmation is required to process any return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been used beyond normal evaluation, especially if the product’s integrity has been affected.
