Return and Refund Policy

We, at Al Mubdie Scooters, are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documents included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products purchased during a clearance or final sale
  • Items with a “No Warranty / No Return” label as stated on the product page

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit
  • Items must be returned to our Sharjah store unless otherwise instructed: Shed No. 5, Al Mubdie Elect. Devices Tr. LLC, Street 14, Industrial Area No. 6, Sharjah, UAE

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For cash purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or cash at our store

7. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.

8. Warranty Claims

Warranty is separate from our return policy. Please refer to our Warranty & Claims Policy for details on how to handle product defects after the 7-day return window.

9. Cancellation of Orders

  • Before Shipment: If you change your mind, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact our customer service immediately to request cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, please contact our support team at the following number & email address.
