At Al Mubdie Scooters, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This policy explains what is covered under warranty and how to make a claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

Warranty periods vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page and in your purchase documents:

  • Some products come with no warranty
  • Some products are covered for a limited period (e.g. 30 days, 3 months, 6 months)
  • Some products are covered for up to 1 year

Please check your product page or purchase receipt for the exact warranty period applicable to your product.

2. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects on the following components only:

  • Battery — defects affecting battery performance under normal use
  • Motor — defects affecting motor function under normal use

All warranty claims are handled directly by Al Mubdie Scooters. We take full responsibility for replacing or repairing the battery and motor within the warranty period.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under any warranty:

  • Any parts other than the battery and motor
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Physical damage such as cracks, dents, or broken parts
  • Damage caused by water, dust, or improper storage
  • Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized service providers
  • Normal wear and tear including tyres, brake pads, and cosmetic parts
  • Products with a “No Warranty” label as stated on the product page

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Us First Before bringing in your scooter or bike, contact our customer support team to register your claim:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the defect. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Step 2: Bring Your Scooter or Bike to Our Store Once your claim is reviewed, you will need to bring your scooter or e-bike to one of our stores for inspection:

  • Sharjah: Shed No. 5, Street 14, Industrial Area No. 6, Sharjah, UAE
  • Dubai: Eippel Apartment No. 3, Shop 3 & 4, Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE

Step 3: Inspection and Resolution Our technicians will inspect the battery and/or motor. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty component at no cost to you.

5. Warranty Claim Outcomes

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • We will repair the defective battery or motor, or
  • We will replace the battery or motor if repair is not possible

6. Important Notes

  • Warranty covers the battery and motor only — no other parts or accessories are included
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period — expired warranties will not be accepted
  • Products must be brought physically to our store for inspection — we do not process warranty claims remotely
  • Tampering with the battery or motor by an unauthorized person will void the warranty immediately
  • Warranty does not reset after a repair or replacement
