Al Mubdie Scooters is committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure delivery across the UAE. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver electric scooters, electric bikes, and accessories across the UAE including:

  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Al Ain
  • Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)
  • Umm Al Quwain (UAQ)
  • Fujairah
  • Other cities across the UAE

Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery — Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman

For orders in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered the same day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day

Next-Day Delivery — Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, UAQ & Fujairah

For orders in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and delivered the next day by our courier
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the following day

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our business hours: Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule delivery and confirm your details.

Shipping Charges

A standard delivery fee of AED 42 applies to all orders across the UAE unless stated otherwise during promotions or special offers. Additional charges may apply for certain remote locations or special delivery requests.

Important: Someone Must Be Present to Receive the Order

Our products are large items such as e-scooters and e-bikes and cannot be left unattended at your door. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • Our delivery team will contact you to reschedule
  • If delivery fails on the second attempt, the order may be returned to our store and a re-delivery fee may apply

Please ensure your contact number and address details are accurate when placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Product details

Our team will review the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty & Claims Policy.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or road conditions
  • Extreme weather
  • Public holidays
  • High order volume
  • Courier delays

In such cases, our support team will contact you with an updated delivery status.
